Not from Atlanta, but it’s the top office in our world wide NPS survey. I’ve heard it’s a combination of a great leadership team, super tight nit community, and lower average hours worked.
I am also in Dallas. In PEG it’s been higher, typically 65-70. In GP it changed by the case but often is 60 or less.
From the Atlanta office — can vouch for all above in saying that the culture is incredibly tight knit in the best way possible. Obviously not everyone is best friends with everyone, but everyone seems to genuinely be a friend of everyone. This is especially true at the AC level but extends all the way up through partners. People seem to enjoy going to work every day. The leaders of the office are approachable and inspiring.

Sounds great. How long have you worked at that office?
Not from the Atlanta office, but everything B1 said is what I’ve heard as well.
The real question...which office is at the bottom of the list?
London bc NYC hours + poverty
Atlanta, Texas, and Chicago are the best offices in North America
How are the hours there?
And tbf I’m new and have only been on two cases so far. I don’t have a ton of reference points for average hours/week.
Where does the LA office rank?
LA is a great office. It’s top 10 but I don’t know more than that.
Following.
How about the Boston office?
