Anyone heard of Novasecta in London? Thoughts?
Any ideas on the pay range for the US Regional Meetings Lead Amgen? I’ve been agency based for quite a long time. I have worked with Amgen previously, currently serving another pharma, but looking to make the leap to the client side. Trying to see if the pay would be worth it at this juncture.

Would you only be considering Trinity and Syneos? If you haven't made up your mind or if there are no limitations, I would suggest consider other companies.
Here's my take on the companies.
Trinity: Used to be a good company but it has been dropping from a cliff in recent years and most of the best have left.
Pros: There are still some good people left. The London office is beautiful (panoramic view across London's iconic landmarks).
Cons: London office pay is way less than US. There's a lot of pressure to hit the PE's valuation targets. And that will become increasingly difficult as 1) The company seems to be increasingly political in terms of culture and who's voice matters (right now, it seems CBP who we acquired have essentially controlled the company) 2) Trinity seems to be exiting Europe so it will be harder to survive in London 3) Over the last years a lot of the best people have left Trinity. Also, the company can sometimes be very cold - I have heard of an incident when LT was very angry about a staff taking 2 weeks medical leave because she lost her dad and had a mental breakdown. London will be one of the harder offices to work in, because Trinity has very little brand in Europe so much harder to win projects. Add this to all the things earlier = less pay for more work and potentially zero appreciation
Syneos: Moving from consulting into commercial outsource.
Pros: You might be able to get some good industry connections. There are some nice people there
Cons: There's not a lot of consulting work. There used to be some launch, indication prioritization focus. But I think in recent years their consulting business has shrunk and its all commercial outsource now. Still, that can be interesting, just that the dynamics of the work and who your clients are is different.
