Hi, I wondering if anyone has thoughts on how I can negotiate to be put into the analyst rotation programme as a lateral hire. I have an offer for a A2 position at a elite boutique but as a lateral hire I will not be placed into their 3 year analyst rotation programme. Has anyone had a good experience in your career progressing from larger agencies to having senior roles at smaller agencies? I've worked at large NYC and LA creative shops, and now many years into my career, I've had more opportunities at smaller/regional agencies. At first, they welcome your experience with bigger clients and campaigns, but soon enough they want you to align with "how we do things around here" and "we know better" even if their approach has not been particularly successful.
