Folks who have been naturalized -- is it really necessary to bring printed copies of tax returns or evidence of your international trips to the interview? I've read about people bring several years worth of tax returns but nowhere does it say on USCIS.
Does Deloitte do case interviews for experienced hires in their Consulting - Marketing practice?
How soon do you follow up after an interview? My interviewers told me to follow up with HR after a few days if I don't hear anything, but I hate being pushy.
Hi I have recently attended tcs interview. I have cleared technical round. HR called me and told they will give 30% hike. I have asked more than that. She told she need to take senior management dessicion on that. She told that she will call me about the status next day whether they have selected or rejected my offer. Next day when i called her she still says senior management still on thinking. She told she will call about the status. Still i have not received any call. HR not picking up my cal
Honest question: when you see a job listing like so, is your reaction... A. Good for them insisting on BIPOC; this industry needs more diversity & hiring the same middle aged white folks doesn't cut it anymore. or B. YES, every agency/brand should champion diversity but is it fair, right or even "legal" to overtly dissuade white people from applying? Can't they just "hire the best candidate" regardless of race/gender/etc? I get B but I'm team A because the 2nd ? in B hasn't exactly..worked.
Anyone got any advice for FP&A interviews?
Currently very underpaid in comparison to my peers, a cool position within my company (different role) opened up, I interviewed for it and got the job. This role is 2 levels more senior than my current role. How do I negotiate a higher salary if the company already knows how much I make?
Do companies care about getting the right answer for financial models or the methodology when interviewing? Working through a model with little context and have to (seemingly) make a lot of assumptions that presumably won't get me an exact right answer
I am interviewing for Deals Technology Director position at EY-P. Can anyone shed some light on the interview process and some useful tips? Thanks for your time!

I'm interviewing with McKinsey for a partner role. Any pointers on the type of questions I can anticipate? Thanks in advance!
I’m applying to another consultancy. Any advice on how to highlight what I have worked with? Since I’m an analyst I’m not able present too many impressive results
Would anyone at McKinsey be willing to help me prepare for the PEI portion of interviewing? Have my super day coming up and just want to fine tune my understanding of the format. Thank you!
Hi all! I have an interview "Superday" coming up at EY for their Transformation Design & Execution (TD&E) practice at the M level. The virtual interviews will consist of a Behavioral, Technical, Case Study and Practice Leader interview. If you've interviewed their recently, especially for TD&E practice, I'd love to hear from you. For the Case Study, my understanding is that it's qualitative, is that correct? What can I expect to be asked at the Case Study? Any context is so appreciated!
In the final round of interview with a San Fran startup that’s about to go IPO... but I know I’d be also giving up lots of the structures & project flexibility & diversity offered here at big 4. What rationale would you use to make a decision?
I think I asked for too low of a salary during initial interviews elsewhere. The recruiter never told me the band either. About to go into second round. Is there still a chance to ask for more?
Just finished a product strategy interview. It was difficult. The interviewer's countenance did not help either ... Seemed like he was confused on what to ask me towards the end. Google seems to have a system where your resume is input and it spits out questions and that system failed me during my interview. I really want to protest the interview but I don't think it'll fly .
Live interview with the chief diversity and inclusion officer at Yum Brand tonight - check us out!
Anyone have experience starting a new job for a week then leaving because you got a better offer (as in, was interviewing with both places at the same time, but one moved slower). Any huge red flags or issues?
Had my 2nd round interview for an impact investing firm on Friday. They didn’t specify when I’ll hear back about the final round and I forgot to ask 🤦🏽♂️ Is end of week a reasonable expectation?
How important is an MBA in the strategy/consulting field? And if you’re getting your MBA, is it worth taking on the loans if the school/program is not ranked within the top 25?

AlixPartners fish, I am expecting an offer for SVP in the digital practice. I need to give them my comp expectation today. Currently M at B4 with 15 yrs in industry and 2 yrs in consulting. What is the total comp (base+ bonus) that I can ask for? What sign-on bonus is typical? Thanks in advance AlixPartners
For those of you who have left consulting, what was the “cherry on the cake” moment that made you decide it was time to leave? I think I am near that point.
NYC, rising 4th year, V5, M&A. In July, I got the call from the partnership that I should begin to “explore other options.” I always knew when I left, whether on my terms or not, I would exit to finance. It’s been a rough transition. Been pretty discouraged and hit a low point of shame & apathy in August. Just wanted to say that I finally landed my first formal PE and IB interviews this week and am beginning to feel hopeful again! I think it’s all gonna work out.
I worked in consulting for a couple of years and am in my freshman year in B-school. Even though I had planned to try out some new sector in my internship, I seem to not find anything else as........
First flight of the new year, precheck was walk up to agent and walk through. Starbucks had no line. Upgraded to first. Going to be a great year!
Client got a fidget spinner today. So annoying
Former McKinsey employee was caught working with his COO to impersonate a YouTube executive while trying to raise funds from Goldman Sachs. Is this what constitutes business these days?

Has anyone with EY's high deductible insurance plan gotten an IUD lately and know if its covered?
Working on a project that involves headcount reduction. Wish there was something I could do for these people. Hope they land on their feet 😞
So what do you guys do at happy hours to make them more interesting? What do you drink? I find them boring because it’s not networking with new people and I’m sick of water or sprite.
Hi Fishes! I am moving to the Dallas area and I am looking for new opportunities in healthcare. I’d like to transition out of consulting into industry. If you know of any opportunities please...
If your company uses contract or legal management software, please share what it is and how you like it. I just joined a company as its inaugural in-house counsel. Healthcare co with 1800 employees.
