Does your organization have a good work-life balance, especially for IDs? Or do you know any such organisation? Currently I am working for more than 12 hours a day. I am a mother of one year old, hence, want to switch to the organization, which has less work pressure.

Not sexy, but HRBP for the Finance/Corp Dev group at an acquisitive company. Otherwise, the functions are expected to absorb and deal with the incoming associates.
Thanks for the response. I wonder what the appetite would be by PE firms to enhance their internal value creation teams to include HR / people strategy focus. A lot of market insights show that people strategy is within top 3-5 priorities for PE houses, yet I see little roles directly focused around identifying and realizing value creation opportunities from a people / org perspective. I see roles focused around pure talent acquisition in PE houses, yet you'd think there would be value having a more holistic people role to include organizational effectiveness from a structure perspective, talent retention, future skills planning to maximize value, etc. Wonder if this might change in future...
