What is salary package for AR VR Engineer?
Hey everyone, I got a call from Deloitte recruiting on Wednesday of last week discussing salary requirements and location. They told me that the team really liked me and that they were going to work on an offer. I got a call on Friday saying one group has approved the offer but they are waiting on others. I haven’t heard much since then. Should I be worried? How much longer will I have to wait?

This isn't something a lender can really do for you. What you should do is just waive your financing contingency so that your offer is just as good as a cash offer.
Not really a good idea to lie on your contract. Unless you can get a bank to give you a revolving line of credit and you purchase with funds available, this isn’t possible.
^ that's what I do. Happy to provide additional details. Here's a thread where I talk about it. https://joinfishbowl.com/post_17asoxo6ee
Check OwnUp. In select states, they offer the power buyer program. https://www.powerbuyer.co
Actually, some lenders offer similar. Like New American funding offered me that they will make the cash offer and then I will have 30 days to close with them, with whatever % of loan I take as in conventional loan. To do this they will charge a 1.25% fees of the purchase price. This allows you to be a strong buyer in bidding war situations.
That 1.25% fees is by the lender, I’m not sure how, what you mean by including in the offer. It’s a cash offer to the seller (however it’s lender paying all cash vs you).
