Anyone have advice for a recent grad looking to work for an advertising agency? There are so many ad agencies that I don’t know which to apply to or if they are quality agencies. Feeling lost in a sea of companies with no real information besides what clients they have worked with.

Just received an offer letter and need to sign off for background check stuff. On my resume, I didn't include a job that I was at for literally 6-7 weeks before leaving; should I be worried about this popping up on my background check/leading to any issues? Should I proactively mention this role to the recruiting team?

I interviewed at KPMG on 11/14 and got a verbal offer the next day but since then waiting to hear from them. Been following up continuously but the partners are not replying it seems. In the meanwhile i have an offer from BT offering 90k for 4 yrs of experience which seems to be fair. I am just unsure whether to accept the offer as I was waiting for kpmg reply as I want B4 on my resume which apparently is a big deal. Is BT also good on resume for future employers ??

Hi there, I had a question about 401k or Roth IRA. Should I put money into anyone of the two as an international student? I don’t see the point because I want to invest my money instead of saving it. Plus I don’t even have a permanent resident status so I don’t know if it makes sense saving it for retirement. On the other hand, the employer match and so on sounds good. So should I save it and take it out later or just invest it?
