I am planning to leave my firm after busy season and I am wondering if I should let them know this is my last busy season or stay quite and just give my 2 weeks after busy season? I really like the people I work with and I think I could boomerang (read to many posts of people who boomerang and I fit the "type"). How do I leave audit? At times I feel trapped thinking to myself there is no way life is suppose to be like this. How do you find the right opportunity? Everyone says network. But, how do I network? Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc).
