I would pray every single minute of day when I thought of the outcome until score release. It really helps.
At this point, there is nothing you can do. Just go out and do some other activities to keep your mind occupied.
I picked up working out as a means to take my mind off things. Anything to stop yourself from thinking about it helps.
Try to do something to get your mind off of it -- hanging out with a friend, helping someone with something, getting into a TV show or art project, or catching up with a friend on the phone. Sometimes you have to dull the sound of it in the background. You can't make it disappear, but you can minimize the noise if that makes sense.
What you're feeling is pretty normal. For the meantime just do some things to get your mind off of it. Rearrange your furniture, go for a walk, start crochet projects, in general just keep your hands busy. While you're on it, make sure you're listening to something on the background like music, a podcast, a movie, or even an audiobook just to make sure anxiety-inducing thoughts don't creep their way in.
