Hello, I have an interview coming up with Facebook (Meta) and its a manager role leading a global process team with multiple people reporting to the role.I have been told by the recruiter that Meta is fairly flat and the title does not really describe its seniority. I wanted to calibrate my experience to the role, would anyone have advice regarding levels at Meta and any other advice for an interview with them? Thanks

^KPMG 6 what was your raise when you b came Senior? Just curious because I am S1 going to S2 and would not be happy with 6.5% raise. I just want to see if you had a bigger raise last year and they need to adjust going forward ?

Yes 5th through 13th but heavily depends on your partners plan. Our partner sits in different office so it could be today or tomorrow because he is here for few days
A2 -> S1 I got like 22% IIRC due to an out of cycle one time adjustment due to a specialty. Think I got somewhat adjusted back a touch, but also think there was some belt tightening in audit.
