I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). It got me thinking about how many people adhere to this advice.

Wrapping my head around the equity piece of an offer. Is the equity you are granted in dollars converted to shares right away? So if the stock goes up or down, the totally dollar amount in equity granted when you sign might not be what you actually get over the first four years?

Any ideas to hedge against inflation? So far, put some in I-bonds and Fundrise. Post tax Returns are sub-par inflation and both have long lock-in periods. Other options in the mix are farmtogether and masterworks. Any feedback? Other suggestions?

I get credit alerts from Experian/ TU & was told two email addresses were found on the dark web. Have been hit w fraudulent charges in FL via Chipotle app; rec'd email that said sender knew my password (was partially correct) & was going to send nude pics of me to my contacts; rec'd email from Best Buy about my email being used to reset my pword (don't have BB acct) & today was notified of a declined transaction in Canada (I'm in TX). Has anyone else went with another auto loan? Also thinking about buying a 2nd home. Would financing a car before buying a house have any major impacts? I have a credit score at 794.

I would like to learn more about development and real estate. Can anyone recommend any books or courses that you think are informative. Eventually I would like to own a few apartment buildings, but I know there is a lot I need to learn 1st. Any advice appreciated.

We are renovating a condo and the previous owner had two Crane toilets (not sure how old, but functioning although seals are old according to our contractor). Back outlet flour mount ones are the only options for the building, and one toilet can cost $300-$500.

We are redoing all the bathroom tiles and walls and debating what we should do with the two toilets. Would resealing the toilets extend the use life? Or should we just replace the toilets? Any other recommendations? TIA!!

If I’m a Real Estate Agent buying my own property, can I negotiate the Buyers Agent commission to be 0% instead of being paid the buyers commission? Essentially converting what would be Income into Cost Savings for tax purposes?

My assumption is that one makes money in RE with leverage. So, would you never let your equity in any given property get above certain% (I.e re-leverage and invest elsewhere) or would one eventually want to own a property outright?
