Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

You can simply download a calorie counting app and it will allow you to enter you target weight. Then it will calculate the calories you should eat and you're good to go. Everything else is trimmings, but you can go for a consultation with a dietician if you want to try it out. My guess is that you won't need them after 1-2 sessions.
I'm working with a dietician who is anti-diet culture/HAES focused and it was the single best decision I've made in 2020. Learning how to become a competent/intuitive eater is far better than restriction IMO
Sure thing
Track you macros too, far better than just calories
M1 how do you track your macros
Hi all! The more effective way to lose weight is to do the following:
1. Plan all meals 24 hours in advance and write it down. This keeps your prefrontal cortex in control of all eating decisions, and it makes good choices. If it’s not on the list, you don’t eat it. You will have urges to eat food not on the list. Just allow them to be there without reacting to them.
2. Stop eating all refined sugar and flour. Eat whole, real food. If it had an eyeball or a leaf, you can eat it. This will cause appetite correction after a few days and you will be less hungry, which makes everything easier!
3. Confine all eating to an 8 hour window; close your window by 6pm. So, 9-5 or 10-6 is ideal to start. Gradually shrink your window. When window is closed, no eating. Water, black coffee or black tea only. Let your organs rest and your insulin levels drop. When insulin levels drop, your fat cells can open up and release stored fat as fuel.
Can you tell I’m a certified weight coach? 😀Coaching women lawyers 1:1 on weight loss is my jam and my side gig! Do the above faithfully and you should see a 10-15 pound weight reduction in 6 weeks, about 1-2 pounds a week. And you can keep it off forever.
You bet! Also, weigh every day. Not for the drama of the number, but just as a data point to see how well you are managing your mind and allowing your urges without responding to them. If you try this, please update us and let us know how you are doing! Dropping sugar and flour and using an 8 hour window makes a HUGE difference in your insulin levels and you should see some results!!
I️ studied human nutrition/dietetics in college, and most information is typically based on very generalized research. A good dietician will provide a more personalized approach; like having you keep a food log with energy levels, or measuring your blood glucose after a meal etc. Tracking calories is a good start! typically you’ll want to break it down more by energy source (fat, carbs, proteins, alcohol), but getting in the habit of tracking can be the hardest part for some. The time between meals also impacts how your body sources energy (which is why you see diets for either fasting or multiple snacks throughout the day). All this information can be found online, but a good dietitian can help guide you and provide further insight to keep you healthy! It’s pretty interesting to learn about tho, as long as you remember every body is different in the way they process and utilized energy. I’ve read about diets based on blood types (which can help!) but you can’t forget fed/fast states and gut microbes!
