I am also given the week after Xmas off. if my toddlers are sick I can work at home with them. Interviewing w fortune 500 that offers 15 pto days that have to use for sick days too.Strictly in office job 9-5 and dress bus.prof. These bad benefits? Outdated culture?I am a seasoned professional. Seems tough.

It’s pretty great. I think everyone is trying to do good work and there aren’t toxic assholes in leadership positions, which is a really nice change from my previous experiences.
I also love that the CEO is a woman who doesn’t shy away from talking about women’s issues.
We do a super quick all-agency on Mondays and this week someone who’s been at Deutsch over 20 years is retiring and our CEO called him out by name and congratulated and thanked him. Small moment, but everyone applauded him enthusiastically and it just felt like a moment that wouldn’t have happened at other places I’ve been at
Hi. The culture is great and the people are great. Im assuming your interviewing for the new pm role. You’re going to be working with really nice and sweet creatives, and hopefully you’ll be on their side! The recruiter is beth armstrong.
@ACD1 she’s in charge of creative ops and recruiting but doesn’t run recruiting day-to-day
Love it
@CPM1 - Is Katherine still the recruiter there?
@CD1 — thank you. Would you mind telling me who the recruiter is now? I obviously won’t mention you:

How does it differ from the LA office? Any intel on that?
NY is Essentially paid by PNC bank but they have clients like Busch, Draft Kings, Outback, Siemans, etc I honestly think LA has better clients.
Thanks D1.Appreciate it
