I NEED HELP WITH CREDIT SCORE issues: Two months ago my credit score went down by 30 to 40 points due to dad missing credit card payment by a day (i got added to as authorized user on his credit card for me to build credit but now I’m filled with regret). I work as an AGM in a busy restaurant. Been working there for just over a year, and haven't had a single raise. I now only make 0.50 cents more than even the lowest paid shift lead but I am doing a lot more work. I'm no longer satisfied with these conditions. Looking for tips for website design at a basic level. I focus on branding and printed materials so I created my website with weebly and I’d like to clean it up a bit!

I went through six rounds of interviews including putting together a 30 minute presentation which I presented to the whole team. The whole process took about six weeks. I turned down another lead position at a different company waiting. After all that they told me that hiring for this role was on hold until further notice. At the end of the day it’s business, but I am left feeling like I wasted my time (and theirs.)Totally confused and disheartened by this process. Anyone else experiencing this?

I received design challenge 24hrs before the interview time and just now, 12hrs before the interview, received an automated email saying “I am no longer under consideration”??? Just wondering if any Junior designers feel the same but I work as the only graphic designer in a small digital marketing agency and lately there isn't any new projects and work coming in at least in my "department". No one is really touching base on anything but I'm still getting paid a salary ($42k/y).
