Hello All, I have been selected in the interview at NTT DATA and also submitted documents as requested by Recruiting HR. However , it's been a 10 days after docs submission but haven't received any call from HR for salary negotiation. On email follow up with HR, he said he is on it and will come back to me soon for further process. Any views.NTT DATA

M1: at no point were you close to a cohesive sentence.
Place is cutthroat, meet aggressive targets or you’re fired
Atk1, thanks for insulting me then reiterating my point. Slow clap for you.
Good luck OP - one last word of caution, since the culture is well known, you presumably are competing against a self selecting group. It may pose a bigger challenge in the meritocracy than you expect, since everyone presumably had the same thought as you! 30% is nothing to sneeze at though!
Can someone Rosetta Stone what M1 said?
That’s pretty consistent with my view, thanks for sharing. The Director I initially interviewed with who the role would report into is pretty young (late 20s), based on what I could deduce from his LinkedIn profile. Seemed to be a pretty sharp guy and he talked a big game about the culture being a meritocracy. I remember reading an article stating how 3G appointed a 29 year old CFO at Kraft Heinz to spearhead the merger/ transformation... very non-conventional talent strategy compared to other F500s I’ve interviewed with... Given I’m a pretty scrappy person myself I think the culture may actually be suited for me and the bump in base salary is significant (roughly 30%)
They make a mean ketchup
Recruited brand management in bschool a word of warning for mid level roles...they sent a director newly hired from Bain to recruit mbas, made the decision to stick with consulting much easier to know they apparently would rather hire ex consultants than promote from within. Have also heard that 3G loves to hire hungry young professionals that creates a dog eat dog culture
Tough culture — they set aggressive goals, if you work your ass off and meet them, the money is good and promotions happen quickly (everyone is super young). If you don’t, they won’t hesitate to fire you. So if you’re scrappy, it could be a good fit. They’re at a point where they’ve cut costs almost as far as they can and are in desperate need for growth in stale, flat categories. People are stretched pretty thin and probably will be until the next big acquisition. Also helps if you’re Brazilian :)
It's a sad place. You'll be held to aggressive cost cutting targets so be ready to become cold and bullying. The money is good but people walk around that place like it's a morgue these days.

Run! As far away as you can. Trust me, you’ll find the same roles in a much better place. Horrible management. This place is fucked! When you have majority of 20-something Brazilians running a large enterprise like KH, it’ll never be good news. (Source: my client).
