I’m working at an insurance defense firm, trying to target my practice to L&E. A bit uncertain about what I should do with my career. I am in a commercial role, doing some derivatives trading (mostly hedging, but getting to take some basis risk). My firm is small, and I am getting to do a lot of new things, but I’m not getting to “learn from the best”.

What should I be considering longer term? 5-10 YOE, only recently actively trading.

I am getting a good project in current company where there will be lot of learning
Initially it will be manual and then it will have automation testing. At the same time I have an offer in another company with good package but there won't be much learning compared to the current company project I am yet to get locked. Is learning important and priority for 4.5 years of experience? Or better to go with the high package offer? (Other company offer is from TCS). Your valuable comments would help.
