Let's say Family consists of husband , wife and a kid . I have a looming sense of self hatred. I take medication I workout and do all the things to feel good, but it’s just stuck there. Hi ladies, I'm in my mid 40s and I think I'm entering peri. I currently have a Mirena but I should replace it again soon, but one more will put me into my 50s(!!) and I was wondering if anyone here knows that they're in peri or menopause without having periods. Is there blood work or something to check? I definitely do not want to have another child accidentally. I've got 5 more years until my youngest is in college and don't want to start over again.

I keep forgetting to ask about this but I noticed ever since my hysterectomy years ago I have arthritis (I think) in my fingers.
