Anyone here can share their experience with EB3 perm process filing approval rates for big 4 companies - Deloitte etc.? It’s almost been 10-11 months. I feel highly anxious and not able to focus on personal life at all. Keeping getting negative thoughts what if this happens, that happens etc. Hopefully at least the Perms applied are getting approved? Pls share experiences people have had this year. Appreciate the understanding thanks.

Just been offered a manager position (people & org consulting) at a big 4 in Qatar for 24k (QAR). Based on previous threads this seems low for the region. Especially as 9k goes towards accommodation (max unfurnished 1br) ....Have I been low balled? Or is this normal?

Networking question here. A retired partner at the firm I used to work out reached out to me recently about attending an afternoon during the week (b4 4/30) with one of his long time clients. The partner and I have kept in touch since I joined my new firm and I feel like his invitation is a great networking opportunity since the client (who I have worked with before) is on a number of boards. Torn as how to request off as an S3. Could materialize to nothing but could be good for reconnecting.

Where do you go after B4 audit if you don’t want to go to industry that has true work life balance? I’ve been busy since September straight... this won’t end for a while. I enjoy accounting and enjoy being challenged, but my mental and physical health are also falling by the wayside. I’m only in my second year, but I’ve been working in full senior capacity for a while. I like the research/memo writing side of the job the most (when I get to do it). Just tired of the hours.

Which Big 4 is “best” for digital consulting for asset & wealth management clients?
