I am working in Amazon from June 2020 as L3 HR Generalist. My current CTC is 5.2 LPA. I have a post graduation degree in English.
I was wondering if doing an MBA distance course from Symbiosis would help me get a better position and salary?
Can anyone please suggest? If not symbiosis then can I choose any other University for doing the MBA?

I have about 4 years of experience and an MBA degree. I have currently joined one of the Big 4s as Consultant but recently got an offer from McKinsey digital as a Knowledge Analyst. I have got two offers
1. Genpact - 27 CTC (24 fixed + 10% variable plus gratuity) Manager level
2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..

You think Airbus will come back with better offer?
