I have serious FOMO when it comes to salary. I recently accepted a new position that increased my salary from $76k to $104k. 3 YOE, 27yo. I think I’m doing well but sometimes seeing posts on here makes me feel like I should be making more and I’m not doing enough.

Mulling over an offer to join Industry (Banking) - salary match at VP level (10+YOE) + discretionary bonus (FO role) + better WLB. Not seeing a path to promotion at current firm (rejection for multiple years with no specific/satisfactory reason provided - met delivery + sales KPIs - bad managers/backers). Thoughts?

Would you leave for another offer if it was only a financial benefit? (15% salary bump and 10% higher performance bonus per year). Been wanting to move, but everything but pay is better at my current company. Team, benefits, WLB all better for me now. But I’m scared that if I don’t take it, I won’t get a monetary increase like this again, or any other offers lol. Resume Question: I have worked with about 8 different clients (all utility companies) over the past year in my current role as an analyst. I’m now applying to new positions. Is it appropriate to list these clients on my resume? If so how? I’ve done similar work for all of them - so there’s no need to differentiate the work I’ve done for each company. Can I add a line saying “past clients”, or should I avoid this?

I’m new to billable hours, I come from a litigation firm where we didn’t have any billing requirements. Now a few months in I’m being called out by my managing partner each month for not meeting the hours.
