The work/comp/staff, IMO, are all better than Big 4. VP I think is technically Sr Associate level and SVP is manager level. I’m relatively new to the firm
I worked at Big 4 previously, by the way
I worked at EY for four years before joining AP. Everything about AP is better. Better money, job security, roles, opportunities, benefits. You name it, it’s better.
TRS here - Agree with SVPs and Directors taking on the “managerial” roles but VPs (usually 5+ years of prior experience) are expected to produce with little to no direction as well (unlike Sr Associates at any firm). No review to death but be fully prepared to defend your own work/analysis. Completely different model than B4, which was a shock to my system. Comp/interesting work far superior than B4.
Agree with AP2. Plus people are muuuuuuch better than at Big4 (generally).
Thanks for the info everyone.
Do any of you know who the experienced hire recruiter is for Investigations/Disputes?

DM me. I can provide more detail and even refer you. I work in IDR. Was there a role you are looking at specifically? I know there’s a few VP level roles out there
What is the estimated salary range for a VP in a technology-related Forensics role?
