I join tcs by changing my profile and my previous exp was in 5 yr pre-sales.
I am giving my best in work but still escalations are raised against me by client.
My husband is also in tcs he is moving to onsite in Jan and my travel is also planned mid next year.
I am giving 12hour daily in my job to adjust in new profile. And affecting my health now.
Shall I quit the job and move with my husband with on dependant visa? Or i shall continue to get pressurized and wait for my onsite?

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Cons: Heard culture isn't great, Not that much variety in projects

Hi everyone, I am getting ready for a job interview, and need to create a media plan. I was hoping someone can help me with the next task: basically, I need to create inventory recommendation based on past performance. What I am very confused about is that they gave me Booked Impressions (=4M), but in the task it says I should assume there is unlimited inventory. Am I supposed to use this 4M only to calculate spend, ROAS, etc., but can actually have unlimited allocated impressions? Thank you!
