Recruiters, is it frowned upon for candidates to reach out to you on DM on Linkedin? Or does it show that they’re more interested than just submitting an application?

Is leaving consulting as a senior, with 2 YOE, too soon? When is a “good” time to exit, in your opinion? I ask because I’ve heard senior is good, and I’ve heard manager is the latest you should stay before diminishing exit returns (anecdotal)

I had 4-5 rounds of interview in Amazon in last 1.5 months, including bar raiser. I got a mail stating I am selected for position within 4 hours of my bar raiser round.
HR asked for a few documents like last 3 months payslips, ECTC etc. It's been 4 working days and that HR is not replying on my mail. It is fine or something is off track ? Any suggestions ?
Does they usually turn back after sending selection mail and asking for documents

Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. It’s been 3 weeks since my last interview at FAANG. Made it through 3 rounds already, next round would be final on-sites. Should I be concerned that they haven’t given me an update yet?

FAANG offer is slightly higher (though both are a 50+% bump on my current comp). Both would have me reset to entry level. Which one should I take?
