Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. Felt that I had a great conversation but didn’t get the final round. Recruiter said that it was a tough decision and it might be that I should shoot for a higher level than the one I applied. Has this happened to you before?

Can't really share this with anyone else, so thank you fellow fish for indulging. 3 years in, finally at a point where I can comfortably work 40 hours a week the last quarter+, and still be a trusted team member and major contributor. Normal tasks and collaborations now take me a fraction of the time compared to my first couple years / others on the team. 6 YOE and my TC has also gone up a lot from low 200s last year to high 200s this year. Hope to keep this optimal mix of WLB & progression 🙏

What’s the common process for when a client offering you a job at the end of the project? Do you still have to go through interviews and stuffs like a normal application or the client would just send you an offer?
