Anyone know any company looking for leadership training for their staff but in Spanish? The Hispanic workforce is huge in the U.S., and many are non English speakers.
Companies shouldn't let the language barrier get in the way of employee development. I've tried contacting different companies but have been unable to break into the market.

24 yr old, 110k TC, maxing out Roth IRA and Roth 401k, no debt or large expenses. Also have ~35k sitting in a bank account. What should I do with that money?? Am I better just sitting on it for a while then watching it shrivel up in my brokerage account?

I’m interviewing with a startup and the range has a 40k difference from the lowest to highest point. It’s also pre-seed and comes with equity, and health, 401k benefits. It’s a director of sales role so I would eventually be recruiting and managing a team along with building the processes and strategy. What would you consider a fair compensation package? If they offer me something on the lower end of the range, is it still appropriate to counter with an offer that is over their stated range?
