However what im worried is after 2 years would interviewers expect me to have handled a project all alone and acted as a product owner. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.

Thinking about boomeranging back as a senior associate (level I left at). Generally speaking, should I expect a higher salary than when I left, or would it be comparable?

Anyone had good multiple offers and had one the hiring managers pressure you into taking the offer after asking for additional time to think about it?

If you make it to senior manager at big four can you leave and become partner or director at mid size firm? Is this hard to do? I know there is a lot of politics at big four and have no interest staying in a senior manager role for 6-8 years and risk a chance of still not becoming partner. Also I got a long way to go before senior manager fyi.
