Does anyone have any tips for staying focused enough to bill consistently every day? It seems that I’m only able to bill the requisite 8-10 hours daily when I’m overwhelmed, not when I have a decent amount of work to do but no pressing deadlines. I made my hours last year but it’s been an absolute struggle trying to stay on track. I struggle when a client’s TB is messy and when booking adjustments (e.g. for accrual to cash, when equity doesn’t roll, etc.) Does proficiency just come w time, or can I accelerate my learning?
