Hello Mastercard employees. I have been trying to break into MC for long now.
I have 2 yrs workex post MBA. I have experience in data analysis and consulting. But I don't want to get into consulting anymore. I am looking for analytics roles. Anyone here would be able to DM and guide me on the available options at Mastercard?

PwC India Hi folks,
I graduated with Master studies in business at Singapore, and recently moved to India. I am currently looking for a consultant role in strategy functions at big4 in India. Here in India, most of the roles in MC & strategy advisory fills through referrals and campus recruitment, and not posting on the websites. I’d like to connect with people at big4 strategy functions for referrals and to know more about the firms operations
Thanks!

Not 100% confident but made it through to final round for the associate role and think it was only like $110-120ish base (with marginal additional).
So pay per equivalent experience relative to ZS will be a major cut, and especially if you’re moving to the west coast (COLA).
My even bigger concern is that it’s a huge step back in terms of responsibilities. Similar to other tech firms, but you’re an IC for probably another 4-6 years and I got the impression 99% of the job was effectively ad hoc analysis and building dashboards even into the senior associate level (I.e., 2-3 promotions beyond analyst).
The latter was a deal breaker for me so pulled out of the process.
can firm associate role is 120 base, not sure about analyst. my guess is 80-90
just the base
