Anyone know Verizon pay structure?
Have one offer 185,8% 401k,10k sign on.
Verizon has said the pay can go up to 160 but there's potentially 20% annual bonus,10k stock and some other bonus structure he didn't say. The 401k is 6%.

Any thoughts? The structure is not like Amazon or ms with a ton of RSU to cover lower base. Thanks.

Interviewing with a small (50 people) boutique firm in a management position. They are in an industry I have 10 years of experience plus I have 5 years management consulting experience in B4 firm. Assuming the pay and potential bonus are reasonable what kind of challenges would I be in for? I already understand this would be a risk to join and help them grow but if I were successful I think it could be very rewarding.

Has anyone gotten stuck at Deloitte? Like you always wanted to leave but never did? This is my biggest fear that I won’t find another job that will value the “consulting” skills because they aren’t real skills.

Let's say I can't get a product or marketing job in tech, but I could get in via sales or customer success. Does working in those roles pigeonhole you, or is it easy to switch later? If you take a job as a customer success mgr for ads, or as a partnership mgr for learning solutions for industry X, are you going to get stuck in those products (ads, learning solutions), roles (CS, sales/partnerships), or target industry (X)?
