Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Probably a SA, everyone VP at Citi but they have levels within that shows your rank.
Thanks fellow fish! Much appreciated. I’m about to come into my second year as a SA and I’ve been offered a AVP position but I didn’t know where the hell this ranked. The raise is about 29k more than what I’m making now but wasn’t sure whether the jump would be beneficial long term regarding growing my career and upward mobility.
I’ll say, cyber work at big banks can be pretty good career wise. Good pay, bonus, legit career growth. Maybe a little less than consulting but whatever. Most respected out of all the technology side roles except for software devs. Finally, probably the best internal culture too as far at banking technology goes.
Roughly M. (ex-AVP at a competitor)
I’ve seen people get AVP with 3 years of experience. More common to see it with 4-5 years. Youngest I’ve seen someone get VP is 6 years I think.
Anyway... I think it depends. A senior 2 or 3 can definitely make more than an AVP.
