$12 per hour bonus for everything over 150 for the entire quarter?
My firm is small with about 10 lawyers in the Midwest and we start at 72.5 for first years. It’s fairly easy to hit about 10k in annual bonus as well.

Wow the quarterly bonus sounds great!
Not sure which firm your talking about but CSK is about 73k with around 2400 billables required, not sure on bonus but my friend did tell me about any. So 80k plus a chance at bonus doesn't seem to bad. For reference I was offered 50k negotiated to 60k with 1900 billable hours at a smaller defense firm in Northern Florida but they had alot of bonuses and profit sharing structure. But no set bonus,, you just had to bill a ton more then they required for that.. I didnt take that offer becuase I got a better one in Central florida working for a plaintiff firm.
80k/1800 hours at my insurance defense shop. I’m gonna need 6 figures to hit over 2k personally but I also understand Florida is a fairly saturated market so do what you must!
