Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)

Anybody know any good tech companies that are hiring at the moment? Current company I am at is going down the drain fast due to poor leadership and financial decisions. I’m open to options….

He told that my resume will be forwarded to hiring manager.i was told If I gets shortlisted , I would receive a link to fill candidature by evening. Still no response. I just started training with United HealthGroup for Medicare. I have previous experience in Medicaid-- quite a different role, but similar. I'm so nervous about how complex Medicare can be. Any suggestions or advice? I'm not exactly a dumb-dumb but nor am I the sharpest knife in the tool box.

Current TC: 88k (83k base, 5k performance bonus), 3 YoE. Healthcare specific domain consultant. Looking to get into strategy work. Offer at strategy firm is 95k base pre-negotiation . Is this worth jumping over for? Tips on negotiating higher? For reference, manager level at my firm pays 95k base and if I stay, that would take 3-4 years for promo. Thanks for any advice!

Trying to help my sister negotiate her comp, advice appreciated. Context: starting 9mo maternity leave. Got reached out by her bosses from 4y ago (very good experience both ways). Job is perfect match for her skillset. They asked for her expectations, she said 90. They told her range for the job was 90-110. Offer was made at 90 (50M valuation start up). Also got stock option (24k for 4y vesting, valuated at 50k today) Convinced her to negotiate for 110. Is that too late? What arguments to use?

Hi guys, I have a table with customer information. Some entries are invalid. Way to find them out is by invalid customer name like ‘dguychjki’.. no definite rule. More so like you get to know that it does seem right. How best to extract such entries for further review? What condition do I put in where clause of sql?

Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. Medicaid plans are so dysfunctional. Has anyone else experienced this? I feel like I’m being gas lighted after working for big commercial enterprises and now working on a Medicaid plan. I’ve never seen so much resistance to change or legit resistance to doing anything to improve operations.
