Anyone make the jump successfully from Data Science/Engineering Consulting to Goldman or similar institution after 2-3 years of experience?

There's a lot a chatter (not Chatter) in this bowl over the last year about consultants joining Salesforce. What about the other way around - consultants leaving Salesforce or plotting their exit? We know you're out there....
