In negotiation for a Manager Role for BNY Mellon (grade K). Looking for some guidance on how hard I can push the issue with increasing my offer.
My convo with the HR recruiter was that he would push for $130k plus a sign on bonus. Offer is coming back at $125k with no bonus. Exiting my current position I'll be leaving a 3% pay increase, $12k bonus payout next month and full remote work on the table. Those considered it would be a lateral financial move for the 2023 year.

I have given interview at two organization in parallel. My expected ctc was same for both the companies. Now I have recieved offer letter from one organization(say A) and it's under processing in company B.

Since I have received one offer letter, should I go back to company B and inform them as my ECTC has now been increased.

But initially, I had no offer so I have given same CTC expectations.

How soon is too soon to leave a job that isn’t for you? I’ve been at my new position for a month and a couple of the opportunities that sold me on the position have evaporated, meanwhile the work is next to nothing. I discovered I was gifted about two years ago. It made me realize that the reason why I was ‘weird’ was because I was different. It took me almost 2 years to understand that I shouldn’t hide my difference. I love the way I think but it’s not typical. And I get very frustrated when I’m asked to do things the same way another ‘typical’ person would’ve done them (no judgement!). Anyone in the same situation?
