Anyone recently take the March CFP exam? If so, how are you feeling, especially having to wait a month before getting the results?

Took it. Feel like I bombed it. 2 answers for every question. Stressing about result. How about you?

Don’t worry about formula page. Seriously had 3 questions on it and they were easy. That will be the least of your concern by November. You will do so many practice questions they will be second nature

This is my second attempt. First time I failed I scored three “lows” and two “highs”. This time around I’m feeling a lot better after walking away from the test center. For my second attempt, I studied non-stop since the beginning of December, averaging about 20 hours/week.

Fingers crossed!!!

Taking it in November and all of these formulas are freaking me out!

Thanks WA1. Using Dalton right now. Any pointers?

Also, if it makes you feel any better, the two for every question feeling is very common. Everyone who felt that way passed. Good luck!

Dalton is awesome!

I took it in November (the first exam testing the new tax laws) thought I failed for sure. Waited the month and got a "Passed" email. I studied nonstop from Thursday thru Monday and took the test on Tuesday. Even though I passed I feel like I should have taken two more days because I didn't get through all the practice questions. I used Dalton Education.

Actually I took it Monday 11/12/18 so only crammed for four days prior.

Interested to hear thoughts on this: 5+ YOE in FS consulting as an SC at tier 3 firm. Interviewing at Deloitte for an SC position. I have a good reputation and setup at my firm and am on a great track to make Manager in 1-2 years. However, no one has heard of my firm and am really interested in a M7 MBA before I'm 30 (so enroll in 2-3 years). What is more valuable for an MBA: making manager at a no name firm or the "prestige" of having Deloitte on my resume?

Should I accept the offer?
