Were you unlicensed compliance or are you fully licensed supervision?

If you get your 9/10 you could move into supervision. It’s still quasi compliance but it’s a lot different but shares a lot of the same knowledge.

Any experienced senior managers that have moved between Big 4 firms? Can you speak towards your experience, any struggles, and opportunities in terms of partner promotion? Frankly, EY path to partner seems to be too clouded (long pipeline, no clear direction/path, uncertainty on promotion cycles, etc.) at the moment and I would like to visit all options. Appreciate the input.

Hey y’all - seeking guidance please to pivot from Web 2.0 to Web3. 8 YOE in startups, agencies and big tech in client services, programme management and partnerships. I am proactively doing reach outs and self-directed learning to build my knowledge base. However, all Web3 companies seem to want prior crypto and blockchain experience and personally, as a female, I’ve found this space a bit “bro-ish” and daunting to enter, especially when not an engineer. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

I am looking into the CCP (Certified Compensation Professional). It seems to be quite an expensive exam.

If anyone else is studying, let me know and maybe we can share study materials!

For those who have taken it, are there any cheaper or alternative study materials to any official guides you would recommend? I went this route with the PHR and SHRM-SCP and passed each on the both try, so I wanted to see if that method may be viable here. Any recommended order to take courses in?

The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?

I’ve had radio silence from a small investment bank for about a week now. I’ve completed several rounds of interviews, but last Thursday the firm reposted the job I’ve been interviewing for. On Friday the headhunter said that they’re not sourcing new candidates and it’s probably just LinkedIn automatically refreshing the listing. She said they had a busy week last week but will make a final decision this week - is the delay and radio silence a bad sign or is this typical for experienced hiring?
