I’m starting as a Manager at one of the big 4 in 3 weeks. I left my tenure track job 4 yrs ago so I’m accustomed to non-academic work but still intimidated. Advice? Will I succeed this first year?

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I’ve been doing CRE transactions for years, but I just started a new role that includes a big development component. I’d love something that walks me through the major components of a development deal/explains when certain AIA forms get used, etc. (to supplement the training I’m getting from my boss)
