Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. I have been working remotely since covid getting nothing but positive reviews. My company is not remote friendly and is now telling me I have to return to the office or I lose my job. Have any of you had trouble getting interviews at startups due to them wanting more startup experience? I've worked on many greenfield projects for clients and more mature projects, so I'm not sure why I wouldn't be a good candidate. The funny thing is when you look at the bios for some of these founders and see just how inexperienced many of them are. One's bio was basically the list of clubs he belonged to in college.
