From last 1 week HR is saying that your offer will be released tomorrow. It's 10 days now that I have submitted all the documents. Does anyone have similar experience

I got an offer, I tried to negotiate (without any counter offer), they were saying no negotiation.. Still I gave my final request to increase 10%, Now they are taking time, HR is saying it will take 3-5 days for processing new offer.

I have been in conversations with a couple companies about new positions that they’re considering me for. I have built relationships with and respect them highly, but am unsure of my future plans - am strongly considering grad school in the fall. Is there a way for me to let them know gracefully and ask if they’re still open to working together? My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed. Anyone else in a similar boat? Do you bill the client for the time it takes to fix the IT issue (or IT inefficiency generally, like time taken to find a file in a convoluted system)? Or is that supposed to be our non-billable time?
I just received an offer that’s $6,000 short of what I want to be making as well no signing bonus. Is this something I should even bring up to HR? If so how can I do that without ruining my chances at this job.

After talking with some friends, looks like cyber is shifting in the industries. Focus now is more on technical skills and less on management. It makes sense in some ways, if you had the budget for only one guy, companies will take the technical guy over the nontechnical.
