I have received an email from tcs that your address verification will be done abc company. My question is will there be different companies hired for different checks or will the same company carry further background checks like employment and education?

I have been recently selected in Virtusa and in the compensation there are components like Internet reimbursement, LTA, food reimbursement.

Currently an engineer in MCOL area with 4 years experience (post graduating, not counting experience before/during college and large side gigs). Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues.
