For those of you in healthcare related account management, what is your healthcare background? I am clinical and getting ready to hire a higher level account manager. I am really biased toward people with clinical/in hospital experience because, quite frankly, healthcare is a different beast - lots of hand holding and change management. McK: Lateral move with tenure, 1 yr from EM, generalist still
A&M: Step up to Manager, PEPI (PE performance improvement)

Which do you choose and why? (And leaving comp out of the equation, if you can - A&M is immediately higher, for now)

I am looking to enter big law. I had a clerkship on a state Business Calendar and am a current first year litigation associate where I have prepared for a trial, taken and defended depositions, and have extensive motion writing practice in tech, business, and employment cases. Is it a waste of time to try and make a move to big law with such few years of experience?
