Anyone aware of TCS hiring process? How many days normally they take for the process. I had an interview yesterday both technical and Managerial. After that HR confirmed me over mail that I have cleared the interview rounds and asked to fill all the details on their portal. However, I haven't got any update today so I am just curious how many days they normally take to verify docs and proceed to HR discussion?Tata Consultancy Wipro Infosys IBM Accenture

Work product is also product. Mostly the work we do is in isolation, i.e. not competing with others while building deliverables. So that perspective will definitely be missing. However you can always highlight your work product experience as product experience - talk about research, customer journeys, and what exactly made you qualified to take work product decisions, how those were driven. This is usually easy when you’re in implementation projects. I have had several colleagues just change their designation on LinkedIn, get a CSPO or equivalent and get picked up through networking. You probably are not having luck cause you’re still
- highlighting service work; did this that resulted in that vs product work
- applying blind / without referrals to positions
Product Owner/Manager is the new PM. Everyone, their cousin and their pet are a product owner nowadays.
It can be tricky if you’ve never done any product work. Talk about any strategy experience you have like using market analysis and benchmarking to pursue a product. Maybe talk about any go to market work

OP if you really wanna get into product you might to take a step back and go become a business analyst somewhere and learn how to write user stories and gain some experience in agile then you can move to a p.m. role.
Practice your product skills by creating fake emails and resumes and testing what gets higher hit rates. Optimize your resume and try again.
