Dear Fishes, I am in a conundrum currently. I have two offers. One from Deloitte USI (17.5 LPA fixed, 1.75 LPA variable and 1.5 L joining bonus). The other is from Infosys (25 LPA CTC. Permanent WFH. Negotiation is still on for this.)
Could you please be so kind as to help me decide which one to choose?

Well, having proper grammar and spelling is a valuable skill. Your first sentence makes zero sense.
I started getting good offers at the 1 year mark. Many companies are willing to interview you at the 1.5 year mark and have you join after 2 years. I know 5 people in my class with offers leaving ASAP in September.
Senior analyst here and the answer is yesss, getting very positive feedback. I was an experienced hire, but yeah ppl love acn on the resume
Ha! Good catch @Zs1... but Im asking if analyst level consultants are attractive to industry recruiters? If so, are they generally given a bump in salary for the transition, or does industry not really see much value in analyst?
No, you've gotta put in 3-4 years into consulting first. If you don't like your current firm try a boutique. But try and stick it out for 3-4 years before jumping out of this industry.
You can totally leave at the two year mark
Got it. What type of offers did your colleagues receive salary-wise and industry-wise? @ba1
