Are Google cloud engineers in PSO who want to interview for a SWE position essentially guaranteed an interview, or are they no more likely to get one than external candidates?

Hi! I’m an hr coordinator on a contract. They want to extend my contract, but I was hoping for a perm role, which was supposed to happen. But business changed and that’s not going to happen now. I really need a perm role for benefits, job security, etc. Would you stay with the hopes of a perm role within the next year? I really like this company, just not sure I should hold out, especially since I’ve been going above and beyond my job description. What would you do?

2. Upgrad MSc in DS (with John Moore University and IIIT blr)

The upgrad one is pricey yes, but I see folks who have done it and got a DS role.

Anyone find a new job with little experience? Class of 2019, but I feel like most places aren’t really hiring (Big4, tech, MBB). So, I feel stuck. I’m excelling in my current job, but burning out fast.

A job that I applied to 2-3weeks ago scheduled an interview with me last week and it is in a few days. It shows as no longer accepting applications, could this mean they already are set on someone?

I'm currently in the final rounds of interviewing. If I get a formal offer how have you gone about negotiating vacation? I've given them my desired salary already so that's not an issue but I'm used to having 5 weeks of vacation time and I want to make sure I at least am give something somewhat comparable to that.

1. Product manager at Citi in payments - $105 base + 10% bonus + hybrid 3x in office
2. Product ops & business analysis manager at Morningstar in research - expecting $98 base + 15% bonus + potentially 2x in office
3. Product manager at Telus Health - expecting $120 base + 10% bonus + remote

Current: unemployed for 6months ~6 yoe financial services consulting. Looking to exit to ecomm/tech/consumer product

How to get a product manager role with no technical background? My training and experience are in Finance/corporate strategy. I have been working in the technology business operation field for 4 years now(another 6 years in pure Finance). Really interested in becoming a non-technical PM, but have not come across many job postings that are lenient on technical experience. Interested to know if anyone has successfully pivoted to PM with no/little product experience?

Since I graduated from CSUN, I’ve been trying to find a job. It was hard finding a entry job software engineering job that requires few years of experience. As a deaf person, many obstacles in my path that I fought so hard to get past them. Advice Please
It's been 4month with the team with no manager. I recently joined the organization and the team I am part of is headed by a lead and one analyst.
So being a new member as Sr.Data Analyst I sometimes have to report to analyst. Considering the fact that he has been part of the team for past 1 year and sometimes he sounds like lead as he is leading some project.
On other hand my manager is continuously asking me take lead in project and try to reduce dependency on that analyst.
