So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I think keto blood strips, glucose strips, and keto meter are the best thing to help you understand your macros and ultimately if you are truly in nutritional keto. The reason i mention glucose strips is that the ratio of glucose to ketones (GKI) is (as far as i know, correct me if im wrong) the most accurate way of telling if you are in nutritional ketosis, rather than relying on a single number for ketones. Honestly, like with anything else, you want to be data driven with this to produce the best results, feel the best, and achieve your goals.
If your goal is to get into ketosis then I say it's worth it. If you just want to be on a low carb diet then it's not really necessary.
Agree with McBee - get the KetoMojo blood tester off amazon. The urine strips are near useless.
