Are starting salaries for the same jobs different by school? Like for example would MBB/FAANG pay more for a HBS grad than a Booth grad? Or is it just that the HBS grad has better chances at landing the position, but the pay is the same?

I rented a house that had been vacant for a bit & the prior tenant didn’t do a thorough job cleaning up. Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job. The number of the alumni and current students that go to top consulting firms FT& summer intern are countless even for a small class size.
Stern is way more than a finance school. Given its location, do you want to spend your 2 years in a rural area or heart of Manhattan? Location is almost everything for business school. (I have a friend in Cornell that frequently travels about 5 hours to NYC for events.)

ORM 740 GMAT, 3.1 GPA from Top 10 Public, Tier 2 -> Tech in Finance with 4 YOE. Would it be a reach to get into UCLA, Yale, or Berkeley?
