Due to the size of our team and the old school CD who leads it who 100% is biased against women, there is ZERO growth opportunity for me. On top of that, promotions and raises are frozen for everyone due to the pandemic. I've been a DD for 4.5 years and 6 total at this agency. I've made it clear in 2019 I was interested, made a case, and was told there are no positions unless someone above me leaves, but even then a male colleague will likely snag it. Is this a sign I should look elsewhere?
