I'd like to get into Big 4 consulting ideally when full-time. I'm an engineering student - I'm not going to be interested in IT audit. I have worked my way up in Insurance for 4 years but the 1st year being an intern/front desk/admin and was promoted twice and now an account associate helping my AMs/AEs manage our Producers' books of business. Hr confirmed for 26 LPA CTC but after couple of days told that max budget for this role is 21 LPA.

CCTC - 18.3 LPA, YOE - 7.4, Tech - QA automation.
