Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

As you are a covered person you should have a “cold period”...but I’ve seen people moving to their clients...
At a staff level you should be fine. I went to a client. I was told if you’re going into a controller or CFO position, you need that the cooling off period. GT did a consultation on the situation to ensure there were no independence issues. Staff level you should be fine. Just be as transparent as possible.
Check your firm policy. It’s most likely prohibited.
Don’t let them scare you. I went to a PCAOB client. It’s fine.
