Did anyone meet people through this bowl?
Cat story 😻

Hi fishes,
I am planning a switch so was going through some salary data for a software engineer. My ex-senior manager recommended me a website: Growceed.com which helped me a lot in getting clarification about a lot of things but I am in doubt whether the average salaries of software engineer mentioned on Growceed.com really that much in top MNC companies.

The vaccines are effective against it. So get your damn shot.
Quit the fear mongering. No issue if you get your shot

SA1, I think it makes sense to have a policy that people who choose not to get vaccinated have to show negative Covid test results before coming to an indoor business unmasked. If you’re not getting vaccinated for political reasons, you should at least be prevented from endangering other people. The governors who are banning vaccine passports are just prolonging the pandemic.
I’m more worried about the decreasing rates of vaccination across the country.

Exactly. Direct energy towards getting vaccinations up - not fear mongering.

I do find it worrying. It also looks like the vaccines protect well against it. So just trying to take it a day at a time and hoping for the best for now 🤷🏻♀️

I think it’s worrying too, even though I’m vaccinated. We’re only safe until the vaccinations aren’t effective against some new strain that can rise from something like the Delta…
Glad we have decent vax rates here; just hoping lesser vaxxed communities and teens across the US will take it / get access soon, respectively. Because that’s going to be our best safeguard against things going south.

I hope so!
I am worried about this.

I’m worried especially since I work with the said vaccine companies and even they are worried about the variant (spoiler - likely booster shots are needed because it’s all guessing game, not that it’s a tangible statistics). I’m more worried and honestly frustrated that people get offended, dismissive, or belligerently shut down others for showing concern. Trust them too - these worries are valid, especially when the variant percentage is now at 20%, when last week it was 10%. This virus is smart and the opinion that everything is fearmongering just because there are “facts” from CDC is honestly naive and astoundingly shocking. Sure, if people want to yolo and prioritize convenience, fine. But please be considerate to others who have legitimate concerns and/or vilify those who are vaccine hesitant for right medical reason.

Naaaa.
The vaccines protect against it. By now everyone had ample time to get vaccinated. I respect people’s choice to not get vaccinated but I don’t see why I should not live my life due to their irrational decision.
